Booking Requirements
To ensure safety and privacy for both parties, I kindly ask all clients to provide the following details before confirming a booking. Please begin your message with a courteous greeting and include the information below:
• Full Name
• Age
• Nationality and Background
• Preferred Date and Time
• Requested Service
• Duration of Appointment
Deposit Policy
To secure all bookings, a deposit is required as follows:
• 20% Deposit: Required for standard bookings.
• 50% Deposit: Required for FMTY (Fly Me to You), dinner dates, and overnight bookings.
Deposits are necessary for advance bookings or clients without a proven history of reliability. Same-day appointments may not require a deposit, subject to discretion.
I accept deposits via a secure Square payment link, which will be sent to you once we agree on the date, time, and service. Payments can be made using debit or credit cards, with a 5% surcharge applied.
For your privacy, the transaction will appear as “Tech Services” on your bank statement. Ensuring your confidentiality is my top priority.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Given my professional and personal commitments, I require advance notice to ensure that all appointments are properly planned and coordinated. As such, please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, regardless of the circumstances.
In the event of two or more cancellations, I will require a 100% deposit for all future bookings.

Hygiene Policy
Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene is very important to me. I will always arrive freshly showered and well-groomed, and I kindly request the same from you. To ensure we both feel comfortable and refreshed, please take a moment to shower upon arrival before we begin our time together.
Safety and Conduct Policy
Your safety and mutual respect are of the utmost importance. If, for any reason, I feel my safety is at risk or if you do not conduct yourself as a complete gentleman, I reserve the right to terminate our appointment immediately, without refund.
Outcall Policy
• Outcall appointments are strictly limited to local five-star hotels.
• Requests for residential bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Policy on Party Bookings
• Appointments involving parties, group settings, or similar events are not permitted.
• Clients presenting under the influence of drugs or alcohol will have their booking terminated immediately without a refund
Mutual respect is essential, and I expect to be treated with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism at all times.
Arrival
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and occasionally delays may occur. However, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed; beyond that, your booking will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
Additionally, payment is required in full upon arrival before the service begins.
